A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION
OF SILACCI ENTERPRISES, INC.
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development
Authority of the City of Gilroy, California, that
WHEREAS, an application for financing, dated March 14, 1983 (the
"Application"), has been received on behalf of Silacci Enterprises, Inc.,
and is on file in the office of the Secretary;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETEP~MINED AND ORDEP~ED as follows:
1. The Application is in accord with the priorities and criteria
established by Resolution of Establishment of Policies Relating to
Applications and Fees previously adopted by this Board.
2. The Application is accepted for further processing.
I HEREBY CERTIFY the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
meeting of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy
held on March 21, 1983, by Director ~Rhan who moved its
adoption and passage, which motion was c~r~ied after being duly seconded,
and passed by the following vote:
