A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION
OF GILROY CANNING CO~.~ANY, INC.
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPmeNT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RESOLVED, by the Industrial Development Aut~ority of the City
of Gilroy, California, that
I~EREAS, the Authority has been organized by the City of
Gilroy pursuant to the California Industrial Development Financing Act
(the "Financing Law"); and
~EREAS, an application dated October 26, 1983, including
supplemental materials has been received on behalf of Gilroy Canning
Company, Inc. (the "Application") which requests the aid of the Authority
in providing facilities to be located in the City of Gi!roy;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
1. The Application is sufficient under the Financing Law.
2. The Application is accepted for further processing under
the Financing Law.
Introduced at the meeting of the Industrial Development Authority

Albert who moved its adoption and passage, which motion was carried after
being duly seconded, and passed by the following vote:
