A RESOLUTION ADOPTING SEAL
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development
Authority of the City of Gilroy, California, that
1. An embossing seal is hereby adopted as the official seal of
this Authority bearing the following inscription:
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ORGANIZED MARCH 3, 1982"
2. The Secretary of this Board is hereby directed to obtain
such seal bearing said inscription, at the Authority's expense.
Introduced at the meeting of the Industrial Development Authority
of the City of Gilroy held on 5th day of December , 1983, by
Director GAGE who moved its adoption and passage, which
motion was carried after being duly seconded, and passed by the
following vote:
