AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO .422 OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
GILROY PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHIN SAID
CITY OF CERTAIN DISTRICTS WITHIN WHICH THE CLASSES
OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES AND THE USES THEREOF
ARE LIMITED AND IN WHICH CERTAIN YARDS AND OTHER
OPEN SPACES ARE REQUIRED AND CERTAIN OTHER REGULA-
TIONS ARE APPLIED; DEFINING THE TERMS USED HEREIN;
PROVIDING FOR THE GRANTING OF ADJUSTMENTS IN THE
APPLICATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PRE-
SCRIBING THE PROCEDURE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND
AMENDMENT HEREOF; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR

The Common Council of the City of Gilroy do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No.42~ of the City of Gilroy,
generally called and known as the "Zoning Ordinance" of
said City is hereby amended, upon recommendation of the
Gilroy City Planning Commission, in the following parti-
.culars, to wit:
SECTION 2. That the boundaries of Zone tlB" of said
City be changed in the following particulars, to wit:
That a certain district o~ said City be changed
from Zone "B" to Zone "c" which is bounded and de-
scribed as. follOWS, to wit:
PARCEL ONE

Tract 239 of the Renz Addition to the City of
Gilroy and adjoining property be changed and re-
zoned as follows:
The frontage on First Street along the nath
side of First Street from Hanna Street west to the
East line of Carmel street to a depth of 140 feet
(except that part alread7 in "e" district); also
from "B" district to "c" district the frontage of
First street along the south side of First Street
from Hanna Street west to the East line of Carmel
street, to a depth of 140 feet (except that part
already in PC" district).
