N.o464 --.....------ --- OPERAllWR, PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT THEREOF, SETTING FomH THEm DUTIES, AND PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNICATION FACILITIES, TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION. The Common Council of the City of Gilroy do ordain as follows: SECTION L. That the office or position of Auxiliary Communi- cations Operator is hereby established in connection with and for the operation of radio station KROB, or any other station licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to the City of Gilroy. SECTION 2. The operators of the telephone exchange of the Gilroy Telephone Company in Gilroy, California, are hereby appointed Auxiliary Communications Operators in connection with the said ~-L station. The duties of said operators~~~,,~~I~ shalJ. be as hereinafter set forth. Said operators shall bet appointed to serve for a period of two years or until their employment with the said telephone company is terminated, if such termination occurs prior to the expiration of said two-year period. SECTION 3. The duties of each operator shall be as follows: To operate the communication equipment for the City of Gilroy in accordance with the rules and regulations established by - , the City of Gilroy and the rules and regulations, Part 10, of the Federal Communications Commission. SECTION 4. The rules and regulations of the Federal Communi- cations Commission, as set forth in said Part 10 thereof, are hereby adopted as the rules and regulations of the said City of Gilroy. SECTION 5.
