AN URDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 422 OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
GILROY PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHIN SAID
CITY OF CERTAIN DISTRICTS WITHIN WHICH THE CLASSES
OF JUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES AND THE USES THEREOF
ARE LIMITED AND IN ~~ICH CERTAIN YARDS A~~ OTHER
OPEN SPACES ARE REQUIRED AND CERTAIN OTHER REGULA-
TIONS ARE APPLIED; DEFINING THE TERMS USED IffiREIN;
PROVIDING FOR THE GRANTING OF ADJUSTMENTS IN THE
APPLICATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PRE-
SCRI3ING THE PROCEDURE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND
AMENDMENT HEREOF; AND PRESCRI3ING PENALTIES FOR
ANY VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF."
The Common Council of the City of Gilroy do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 10 Ordinance Noo 422 of the City of Gilroy,
generally called and known as the "Z0ning Ordinance" of
said City is hereby amended, upon recommendation of the
Gilroy City Planning Commission, in the following parti-
culars, to-wit:
That the boundaries of Zone A and Zone B Districts
in the City of Gilroy be changed in the fOllowing part-
iculars to-wit:
(a) That the following described premises in the
said City of Gilroy which are now included in Zone A
District be excluded from said Zone A District and be
included in Zone B District, to-wit:
COMMENCING at the Northeasterly corner of Second and
Hanna Streets and running thence in a Northerly direction
along the East side of Hanna Street 392 ft. to the

premises of Balanesi, thence at right angles in an
, Easterly direction 150 feet, and thence in a Southerly
direction a uniform distance of 150 ft. from the Easterly
line of Hanna Street to the Northerly line of Second
Street, and thence in a Westerly direction to the point
of beginning and being Lots 7 and 8 of Block 5, North
of Range 4, as shown upon the Plat Book in the City
Clerk's Office in the City of Gilroyo
Reference being made to the maps and general Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Gilroy.
SECTION 2. That the map showing the boundaries and
districts of the various zones as established by the Zoning
Ordinance of the said City be made to conform to the changes
herein set fortho
