AN O~INANCE AMENDING SECTION 72, SUBDIVISION 2 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 480 OF THE CITY OF GILIlOY REGULATING T~FFIC UPON'
THE PUBLIC STREETS BY RESTRICTING pAAKING ON EIGLEBERRY STREET
BET,,"N FOURTH AND SIXTH STREETS TO TWO HOURS.
The Common Council of the City of Gilroy do ordain as
tollows:
Section 1. Section 72 or Ordinance No. 480 or
the City or Gilroy is hereby amended to read as follows:
Parking I!!! Limited Rn Certa~ .numerated streets.
In accordance with section 59 parking is limited to two hours
between the hours of 7:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m. of any day except
Sunday and holidays upon any of the fOllowing enumerated
streets: .
1. Upon any street within a business district outside
of the Central Traffic District.
2. Odd Fellows Avenue between the Southern Pacific
Railroad e~mpany's right of way and Forest street.
3. E1gelberry Street between ~th and 6th streets.
Section 2. This ordinance Shall take effect and be
in full force rrom and after its passage and approval.
ADOPTED AND PASSED this 2nd day ot April , 1951, by the
tollowing votes.
