'" . .s v~l ! 02..... ~07 ORDINANCE --------- AMENDING SECTION NO 0 59 OF ORDINANCE NO 480 REGULATING TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY OF GIlROY BY FURTHER RESTRICTING PARKING TIME ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF GIIBOY. The Common Council of the City of Gilroy does ordain as tollows: Section 1. Section No. 59 of Ordinance No. 480 of the City o~ Gilroy commonly designated as Traffic Ordinance is hereby amended to read as tollOWs: Section 59. Parking Time L~ited on Certain Enumerated Streetso Whenau~horized signs are in place giVing notice thereof no person shall atop, stand or park any vehicle on any ot the streets enumerated in Seotion 72 __..ot tor a period o~ time longer than two (2) hours at any time between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. of any day except Sundays and holidays, and no person shall stop, stand or park any vehiole on any of the streets enumerated in Section 72* hereo~ for a periOd ot time longer than two (2) hours between the hours of 9:00 AoJ. to 6:00 P.M. holidays and Sundays exoepted. Section 2. Ordinance No. 480 ot the City ot Gilroy commonly known as the Traff:i.o Ordinance is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section designated and to be known as Section 721 to read as follows: Section 721-: Parkin~ T1JQe Further L1m.i ted on Cert,a1n Enumerated Street,. In acoordanoe with Section 59 parking time is limited to two (2) hours on any and all days upon any of the following enumerated streets: 1. Up6n Railroad Street between Old Gilroy Street and Lewis Street. Seotion 3. All ordinanoes and parts of ordinanoes of the City of Gilroy in oonflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinanoe shall take effect and be in full foroe from and atter its passage and approval.
