AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION 71 61'
ORDINANCE NOo 480 OF SAID CITY, RELATING TO THE REGULATION
AND CONTROL OF TRAFFIC uPON THE P"JBLIC STREEJrS OF THE CITY
OF GILROY BY PROVIDING FOR AN ADDITIONAL STOP INTERSECTIONo
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS::
SECTION. OliL.: Section 71 of Ordinance N09 480 of the
City of Gilroy shall be and is hereby amended by adding a
new subdivision thereto, to be known as Subdivision 9, to
read as follows:
9: On Third Street on both East and ',fest entrances 'toe:
Eigleberry street, stopping both East and West bound traffic
on Third Street at Eigleberry streeto
SEC TION TWOs The Chief Administrative officer of
the City of Gilroy is hereby directed to cause to be erected
and put in place stop signs at the said street intersection
in accordance with Section 30 of the said Ordinance No. 4800
SECTION THREE: All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance arebereby repealedo
SECTION~: This ordinance shall take effedt and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
