ORDINANCE NO. 527
AN ORDINANCE 0F THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION NO. 70 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 480 OF THE CITY OF GIIROY, KNOWN AS TdE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, PROVIDING AN ADDITIONAL THROUGH STREEI' AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 520 OF THE CITY OF GILROY.
THE :MAYOR AND CONNON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOVJS:
SEC~~O!f QJI: Ordinance No. ;20 of the City of Gilroy is
hereby repealed.
S~TION TWO: Section No. 70 of Ordinance No. 480 of the
Oity of Gilroy is hereby amended by adding a new Subdivision
thereto, to be known as SUbdivision 9, to read as follows:
9s On Eigleberry street between First street
and Tenth street except for the intersection
at Fifth street and the intersection at
Third street.
jECTION" THREE: The Chief Administrative officer of the
City of Gilroy is hereby directed to cause to be erecte~ and
put in place stop siens at the said street intersections in
accordance with section No. 30 of the said Ordinance No. 480.
SECTION.EQY!!: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION Em: This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
