ORDINANCE NO. ;28
ORDINANCE OF' THE CITY OF GILROY Al1ENDING SECTION NO. 71
OF ORDINANCE NO. 480 OF SAID CITY, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, By PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL STOP INTERSECTIONS.
THE V1A.YOR AND COHHON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION QliE: Section No. 71 of Ordinance No. 480
of the City of Gilroy shall be, and is hereby, amended
by adding a new Subdivision thereto, to be known as
Subdivision 12, to read as follows:
12: On Eigleberry Street on both North
and South entrances to Third street,
stopping both North and South bound
traffic on Eigleberry street at Third
street.
SECTION TWO: The Chief Administrative officer of the
City of Gilroy is hereby directed to cause to be erected
and put in place stop signs at the said intersections in
accordance with Section No. 30 of said Ordinance No. 480.
SECTION THREE: All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION EQYB: This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
