read as follows:

Gilroy is-nereby directed to cause to be ~rected and put in
place, stop signs at t~ said intersections in accordance with
Section No. 31 (b) ot said Ordinance Noo 480.
SECTION 'l'HRF.R: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION mm!: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
