ORDINA1CE NO. 535
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMMISSION TO BE KNOWN AS THE
"OUSLEY PARK AND GOLF COURSE. COMBISS'!ON. II
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLCWS:
SECTION I: There is hereby established a commission
to be known and designated as "OUsley Park and Golf ~e
Commission", the members of.which commission shall be the
Board of Directors of the Gilroy Golf and Country Club, as
said Board exists from time to ttme, and said Board of
Directors is hereby appointed as the said Commission.
SECTION II: The duties of said Co~ission shall be
to represent the City of Gilroy in the administration of
the Ousley Park premises belonging to the City of Gilroy,
and the premises adjacent thereto belonging to said City on
which the City reservoir is located, in relation to the use
of the said premises as a golf course, and to perform such
other duties as may be prescribed by the Common Council of
the City of Gilroy.
SECTION III: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby r epealedo
SECTION IV: This ordinance shall t'lke effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its passage and
adoptiono
PASSED and ADOPTED the 7th day of November, 1955, by
the following vote:
