AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 418 OF TrtE CITY OF GILROY
REGULATING THE HOURS OF BUSINESS WHEN, AND THE PLACE OF BUSINESS
WHERE, UNCURED AND UNCOOKED MEATS ARE SOLD, OFFERED FOR SALE,
RECEIVED OR DELIVERED
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY do or-
dain as follows:
SECTION I: Ordinance No. 418 of the City of Gilroy, regu-
lating the hours of business when, and the place of business
where, uncured and uncooked meats are sold, offered for sale,

received or delivered, is hereby repealed.
SECTION II: Ordinance No. 388 of the City of Gilroy, which
was repealed by the enactment of said Ordinance No. 418 shall not
be revived, but shall continue repealed.
SECTION III: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
ADOPTED and Passed this 26th day of March, 1956, by the
following vote:

NOES: Councilmen None
