THE MAYOR AND (l) MMON COUNe IL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Ordinance No. 480 of the City of Gilroy is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 72: Parkins:.t!m! Limited .sm Certain Enurqerated
streets
In accordance with section 59, parking is limited to
two (2) hours between the hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m.
and 6:00 o'clock p.m. of any day except Sundays and
holidays upon any of the following enumerated streets:
1: Upon any street within a business district outside
of the central traffic district.
2: Oddfellows Avenue, between the Southern Pacific
Railroad Company's right of way and Forest streeto
3: On Eigleberry street, between Third street and
Sixth~treet .
4: On Fourth Street, between Eigleberry street and
Monterey streeto '
5: On Railroad street, between Old Gilroy street and
Lewis Street.
6: On the s:utherly side of Oddfellows Avenue between
Forest Street and a point 200000 feet East of the point
of intersection of the southerly line of Oddfellaws Avenue
with the easterly line of the premises belonging to the
Gilrov Union High School District located along and South
of said Oddfellows Avenueo
SECTION~: Ordinances Nos. 495 and 538 are hereby repealedo
SECTION THREE: The Chief Administrative officer of the City
of Gilroy is hereby directed to cause signs to be placed and
erected, giving notice of the restrictions on~rking establish-
ed by this ordinance, in accordance with Section 59 of said
Ordinance No. ~ 00

SECTION FOUR: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict-wrth this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION FIVE: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the date of its passage and
