THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL or THE CITY OF GILROY DO O1U>AIN AS FOLLOWS:

to read .s follows:
Section 11.1. !.\eld: ~i~~o' Way IntetSeCLiolli. in .I,;.~rdance with
Section 32.2(b) of the said Ordinance No. 480. as amended. and when
yield right of way signs are erected giving notice thereof. drivers
of vehicle. shall yield the right of way at the entrance or ~ntrance$
of those intersections as follows:
1. On Railroad Street at the north and Bouth entrances to Martin
Street. yielding the ript of way to other vehicles which have
entered the intersection from Martin Street or which are approach-
ina so closely on Mart1nStreet as to constitute an :Ltnmediate hazard.
2. On Fourth Street at the east and west entrances to Church Street.
yielding the right of way to otbctr vehicles which have entered the
intersection from Church Street or wh:f.c h are approaching so closely
on ~l1urch Street as to constitute an immediate hazard.
3. On Fourth Street at the east and west entrances to Rosanna Street.
yielding the right of way to other vehiclu which have entered the
intersection from Rosanna Street or which are approaching 80 closely
on Rosanna Street as to constitute an immediate hazard.

herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from ~after its passage and approval.
