AN ORDINANCE DECLARING mE INTENTION OF mE COWON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GILROY ro VACATE FOREST STREET, BETWEEN lOOF AVENUE
AND SWANSTON LANE:

THE IlAYOR AND THE CO.ON COUNCIL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: !he Mayor and Common CounciL ot, the City ot
Gilroy do hereby declare their intention to vacate a certain
street, public alley, or thoroughtare .in the said City ot
Gilroy, particularly described as,to1lows, to-wit:
All that portion ot Forest Street in the
City ot Gilroy, lying between lOOF Avenue
and Swanston Lane.
In the vacation ot said street, the City ot ~ro,. shall
and does hereb1 reserve and ~cept the peranent easement and
right at an)" time or from time to time to construct, Mintain,
operate, replace, remove and renew sani tar,' and other sewers
and drain and water pipe lines and storm drains ~ upon, over
and across the part ot said street proposed to De vacated, and
pursuant to any franchise thereof or renewals thereof or other-
