ORDINANCE NO. 580
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING
OF ORDINANCE NO. 480 OF SAID CITY, KNOWN
ORDINANCE, BY EXTENDING TWO HOUR PARKING
PORTION OF MONTEREY STREET.
SECTION No. 72
AS THE TRAFFIC
LIMIT TO NORTHERN
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Section 72 of ordinance number 480
as heretofore amended by Ordinance No. 543 is hereby further
amended by adding a new subdivision thereto, to be designated
as number 7, to read as follows:
7. On the West side of Monterey Street between
the Central traffic district and the Northerly
City Limits and on the East side of Monterey
Street between the Central traffic district and
the Leavesley Road.
SECTION TWO: The Chief Administrative Officer of
the City of Gilroy is hereby directed to cause signs to be
placed and erected, giving notice of the restrictions on
parking, established by this ordinance, in accordance with
Section 59 of said ordinance No. 4~0.
SECTION THREE: All ord~nances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after the date of its passage and
approval.
