ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 480,
AS AMENDED, :BY DELETING THEREFROM SUBSECTION 13 PROVIDING
FOR A STOP SIGN AT INTERSECTION OF FOREST STREET AND SWANSTON
LANE .
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION~: Section Number 71 of Ordinance No. 480 as
heretofore amended by Ordinance No. 542, is hereby amended by
striking and deleting therefrom Subsection 13 which Subsection
is hereby repealed.
SECTION~: The Chief Administrative Officer of the City
of Gilroy is hereby directed to remove the stop sign now in place
at the intersection of Swanston Lane and Forest Street.
SECTION THREE: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
PASSED and adopted this 6th day of October, 1958, by the
following vote:

NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
