OHDINANCE NO. 588
AN ORDINANCE .A}!ENDING ORDI::ANCE NO. 422, OF THE CITY OF GILROY BY REZOllnrG TERal-
TORI FRCl>1 ZONE "En DISTRICT TO ZONE "B" DISTinCT.
THE CONNON COUNCll, or THE CITY OF GILHCY DOES O:UllIN .AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described premises in the said City of Gilroy
now located in Zone "E" District, as the same is described and defined in Ordinance
No. 422 of the City of Gilroy, as amended, are hereb,y removed from said district
and placed in Zone "B" District, to wit:
All of Park 'Headows Units No. 1 and 2.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall not be effective for any purposes vbe.taoever
unless and until the first row of lots locs.ted immediately vest of said Unit No.1
are restricted by the owners of the subdivision to one tamily dwellings to a lot,
by some provision, instrument, or change in the present plat or map which will so
restrict the use of said lots or by building restrictions placed on record in the
office of the County l~corder of Santa Clar&. County, which will aocomplish said
result.
Section 3. Reference is hereby had to the maps and general zoning ordinance
of the C1 ty of Gilroy now on file in the office of the City Clerk and the bound-
aries of said "E" and "Btt Districts shall be changed in accordance with and to con-
form to this ordinance and a map constituting a part of the said ordinance No.
422 of the City of Gilroy, in said Ordinance and herein referred to shall be made
to conform to the changes herein set forth when this ordinance becomes effective.
Section 4. All Ordinances and Parts of Ordinances in confiict herewith ere
hereby repealed.
