ORDINANCE NO. 590
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 422, of THE CITY of
GILROY, BY PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING OF THE FOURTH WESTERN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GILROY
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the area known and designated as Fourth
Western Addition to theCity of Gilroy, not heretofore zoned, be'
zoned "A" DISTRICT except for a strip of land of a uniform width
of 154.60 feet extending along the southern line of Hecker Pass
Highway for the entire width of said Fourth Western Addition which
shall be zoned "C-l" DISTRICT.
Section 2. Reference is hereby had to the maps and general
zoning ordinance of the City of Gilroy now on file in the Office
of the City Clerk and the boundaries of said "A" DISTRICT and of
"C-l" DISTRICT shall be changed in accordance with and to conform
to this Ordinance and the map constituting a part of said Ordinance
No. 422 of the City of Gilroy, in said Ordinance and herein referred
to, shall be made to conform to the changes herein set forth;
Section 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinanc~s in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1958, by
the following vote.
