AN ORfINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION 46 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 480 OF THE CITY OF GILROY PROVIDING FOR ANGIE PARKING ON EAST
SIDE OF EIGEIBERRY STREET BET\,AJEElf FOunTH AND STXTH STREETS "
THE COW'ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO'~JS:
SECTION I. Section No.-46 of Ordinance No. 480 of the City
of Gilroy is hereby amended to rea~ as follows:
SECTION 460 An~le Parkin&-Prohibited Except On Eigelberry
Street. There shall be no angle parking of any vehicle upon any of
the streets of the City of Gilroy, excent upon the East side of
Eigelberry Street between Fourth street and Sixth Street, untiJ and
unless an ordinance of this City permits the same.
SECTION 2. Parking of vehicles at an angle of~__ degrees
to the line of the curb is hereny authorized on the East side of
Eigelberry Street between Fourth and Sixth Streets.
SECTION 3. The Chief Administrative Officer of the City of
Gilroy is hereby directed to cause line to be marked upon that part
of said Eigelberry Street upon which diagonal parking is nermitted
designating the area or space within which vehicles shall be parked.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and narts of orcinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after t~e markings have been made upon the said portion
of Eigelberry Street upon which diagonal parking is herein permitted
as required by Section 3 of this ordinance.
