Ordinance 610 ORDINANCE NO. 610 ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY t FIXING THE PLACE OF MEETINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF SAID CITYo The Common Council of the City of Gilroy does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: The room designated as the Common Council Chambers in the Wheeler Municipal Auditorium at 6th and Rosanna Streets in the City of Gilroy, is hereby fixed as the place of regular and special meetings of the Common Council of the City of Gilroy, and said Common Council Chambers and the adjacent offices and rooms used and occupied by the City Clerk and administrative officers of the City of Gilroy, shall henceforth be known and des- ignated as the City Hall of the City of Gilroy. All meetings of the Common Council shall be held in said Common Council Chambers unless it is not practical to meet there because the said place is undergoing repair, remodelling or because of other contingency, in which event, the meetings of the Council shall be held at such place as shall be determined by resolution of the Common Councilo SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its adoption and approvalo PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1959, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: COUNCILMEN: Pate, Rush, Wentworth, Gallo, Jordan COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Petersen ATTEST: I', J ---;i , / V ~I , (if 't L/ CITY CLERK / )
