ORDINANCE NOo 612
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING ORDINANCE NOo 480
(TRAFFIC ORDINANCE) BY ADDING A NEW SUBDIVISION TO SECTION 70
PROVIDING THAT WELBURN AVENUE VIA ITS SOUTHERN BRANCH SHALL BE A
THROUGH STREET 0
The Common Council of the City of Gilroy does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 10 Section 70 of Ordinance Noo 480 commonly known
as the Traffic Ordinance is hereby amended by adding a new Sub-
Division thereto to be known as Subdivision 10 to read as follows:
100 Welburn Avenue from Monterey Street via the Southern
Branch of said Welburn Avenue to Hanna Streeto
SECTION 20 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealedo
SECTION 30 This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approvalo
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November~ 1959~ by the
