ORDINANCE NO. 663
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTIONS 21.10b,
21.32, 21.66, 21.107, AND REPEALING SECTIONS 21.108 AND
21.109 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE PERTAINIBG TO THE LOCAL
REGULATIONS FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
Sections 21.10b, 21.32, 21.66, 21.107 are hereby amended
to read as follows:
Section 21.10 LOCAL STREET STANDARDS. (b) LOT ACCESS
STREETS SERVING MORE THAN TWENTY-FOUR LOTS. The width of
right of way for local streets designed and intended to
serve as lot access for not less than twenty-five or more
than fifty one-family residences, and terminating at each
end in a collector street or highway or frontage interceptor
street, shall be not less than sixty feet with a roadway
width of not less than forty feet, except that in mountainous
or hillside areas the width of right of way and roadbed may
be reduced to meet the conditions encountered at the discre-
tion of the ~lanning Commission.
Section 21.32 SEWERS. Sanitary sewers with house
connection laterals extending from the main to the property
line shall be constructed to serve each lot within the
proposed subdivision.
Section 21.66 CURVE DATA WHICH MUST BE SHOWN.
The length, radius and total central angle or bearing or
terminal radii on each curve and the bearing of each radial
line to each lot corner on each curve, or the central angle
of each segment within each lot, shall be shown thereon.

Section 21.107 LOT DIVISIONS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL
APPLICABLE REGULATIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE. Any person. firm
or corporation desiring to divide any single lot or parcel
of land shown in the last preceeding tax roll as a unit.

all applicable regulations of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. Sections 21.108 and 21.109 are hereby
repealed.
