ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 15.10 OF THE GILROY CITY
CODE PROHIBITING IIUII TURNS ON MONTEREY STREET
The Council of the City of Gilroy does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Sec. 15.10 of the Gilroy City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 15.10. No "Un turns on Monterey Street.
No. IIU" turns shall be made by the driver of any vehicle
at any place on Monterey Street in the City of Gilroy.
SECTION 2. The Chief Administrative Officer of the
City of Gilroy shall cause appropriate signs to be placed on
Monterey Street giving notice of the prohibition against making
"u" turns on said street.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and
its approval.
