Ordinance 670 ORDINANCE NO. 6]0 ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 15.69 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE BY EXTENDING THE RESTRICTIONS RELATING TO PARKING OF VEHICLES ON I.O.O.F. AVENUE.AND MURRAY AVENUE. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Sec. 15.69 of the Gilroy City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Parking time is limited to two hours on any and all days upon Railroad Street between Old Gilroy Street and Lewis street. When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle on Third Street between Eig1eberry Street and Monterey Street, in the city, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. of any day except Sunday and holidays for a period of time longer than ten minutes. When authorized signs are placed giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on the North side of I.O.O.F. Avenge at any-time between the Easterly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company Right-of-Way and the intersection of I.O.O.F. Avenue with Forest Street; and no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle upon the North side of I.O.O.F. Avenue between Forest Street and the intersection of I.O.O.F. Avenue and Murray Avenue between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on any school day. ,No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on the West side of Murray Avenue between its intersection with I.O.O.F. Avenue and the North end of Gilroy Union High School property, marked by a drainage ditch, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on any school day. SECTION 2. The City Administrator of the City of Gilroy is hereby directed to cause signs to be placed and erected, giving notice of the restrictions on parking established by this Ordinance, in accordance with this Ordinance. SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. - 1 - ,f'" I{ I { l-iV SECTION 4.
