ORDINANCE NO. 671
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 422, "ZONING
ORDINANCE", BY REPEALLNG SUBDIVISION 2 OF SUBSECTlON (c) OF SECTlON 7-!
REGULATlNG S1GNS IN "C-l" DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, all the resolutions have been adopted, notices given,
hearings held and proceedings had as required of and before the Planning
Commission and Council of the City of Gilroy, as conditions precedent
thereto, the Council of the City of Gilroy does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subdivision 2 of Subsection (c) of Section 7-! of
Ordinance No. 422 of the City of Gilroy, formerly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Gilroy as set forth in the appendix to the Gilroy
City Code, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force THIRTY (30) DAYS from and after Its adoption.
