ORDINANCE NO. 684
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI.TY OF GILROY AMENDING SUBSECTION
(1) OF SEC. 23.3 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE BY INCREASING
THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF THE CHARGE FOR TAXI CAB SERVICE,
FOR THE FIRST ONE-FOURTH MILE FROM 30 CENTS TO 50 CENTS.
The Council of the City of Gilroy does ordain
as follows:
SECTI.ON I; Subsection (1) of Sec. 23.3 of
the Gilroy City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(1) For the first one-fourth mile or fraction
thereofl fifty cents.
SECTION II: All Ordinances and parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force 30 days from and after its passage
and approval.
