ORDINANCE NO. 700
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING:;
ARTICLE I, SECTION 17.6 OF THE GILROY CITY
CODE PERTAINING TO EMPLOYEES ACC~IULATED SICK
LEAVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Article 1, Section 17.6 of the Gilroy City
Code be amended to read as follows:
Sick leave may be accumulated to a maximum of
Sixty days. No sick leave with pay may be
granted in excess of this amount.
