ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
7ll (ZONING ORDINANCE) BY REZONING FROM R-3 (LOW DENSITY
MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
DISTRICT) THE WESTERLY ONE-HALF OF BLOCK 4 SOUTH OF RANGE
1 WEST OF THE CITY OF GILROY
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS: I
SECTION 1
Ordinance No. 7l1, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy,
is hereby amended by removing from R-3 (Low Density Multiple
Residence) District 'and placing thesa.me in C-2 (General
Commercial) District the following described premises located
in the City of Gilroy:
ALL of the Westerly one-half, rectangular in shape,
of Block 4 South of Range 1 West of the City of Gilroy
as shown upon Map No. 5 accompanying the report of the
Commissioners in Henry Miller, et al, Plaintiff, vs.
Massey Thomas, et al, Defendants in the Superior Court
of the state of California, in and for the County of
Santa Clara.
SECTION 2
The zoning map of the City of ~ilroy shall forthwith be
changed to reflect the above change in zoning.
Reference is hereby made to the zoning map of the City of
Gilroy for further particulars.
SECTION 3
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty
(30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
