ORD I NANCE NO. 800
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING ARTiCLE i, SECTION
17.6 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE PERTAINING TO EMPLOYEES ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Article 1, Section 17.6 of the Gilroy City Code be amended
to read as follows:
Sick leave may be accumulated to a maximum of ninety (90) days.
No sick leave with pay may be granted in excess of this amount.
