AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE LOCAL RETIREMENT
PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF GILROY AS ENACTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 603.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 17:20 to Section 17:40, inclusive, of the Gilroy
City Code, enacted as Ordinance No. 603, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 11: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage and approval.
