ORDINANCE NO. 828
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR
REVISED WATER RATE SCHEDULES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section 27.42 of the Gilroy City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 27.42. Metered service - Schedule.
Rates and charges for metered water sold within the city for
all uses are as follows:

SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
