Ordinance 919 ORDINANCE NO. 919 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING AND ADOPTING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES FOR WREN AVENUE FROM FIRST STREET TO DAY ROAD W2EREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy, California, has heretofore proposed that Official plan lines be established for Wren Avenue from First Street to Day Road in accordance with maps prepared by the City Engineer on file in the Office of the City Clerk, entitled HOfficial Plan Lines for Wren Avenue from First Street to Day Road"; and has held a public hearing upon said proposal after giving due notice thereof in accordance with law and has made its report to the Council recommending adoption of said Official Plan Lines as proposed; and, WHEREAS, the said Council did heretofore fix Tuesday, the 20th day of April, 1971, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7390 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, as the time and place for holding the hearing upon the said report of said Planning Commission and due and legal notice of said hearing having been given as required by law and the Ordinances of the City of Gilroy, including the Official Plan Line Ordinance, and said report and recommendation for the adoption of the said plan lines having been duly considered by the Council and the said Council deeming it in the public interest that said plan lines be adopted as a part oP the Circulation Element of the General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the said report and recommendation of the said Planning Commission proposing the adoption of said Plan Lines be and the same is hereby approved and the said Plan Lines as shown upon the said maps above referred to, designated as "Official Plan Lines for Wren Avenue from First Street to Day Road'are hereby approved and adopted as the Official Plan Lines for Wren (7/7 Avenue from First Street to Day Road as a part of the Circulation Element of the General Plan for the City of Gilroy. Section 2. A copy of this Ordinance duly certified as such by the City Clerk shall be delivered to the Santa Clara County Planning Commission and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Santa Clara County, Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days from and after its adoption and approval.
