ORDINANCE NO. 938
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING
SECTION 15.69 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE SO AS TO
PROVIDE FOR ONE HOUR PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF I.O.O.F. AVENUE BETWEEN FOREST STREET AND
MURRAY AVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 15.69 (a) of the Gilroy City Code is
amended by adding thereto subparagraph (2) to read as follows:
2. On the north side of I.O.O.F. Avenue,between
Forest Street and Murray Avenue.
SECTION II. Section 15.69(c) 1 is hereby repealed.
SECTION III. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and
approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1971, by the
