ORDINANCE NO. 959
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.17 OF THE CITY
CODE OF THE CITY OF GILROY SO AS TO AMEND CAPITAL
OUTLAY RECREATION FUND TAX RATES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS~
SECTION I. Sec. 22.17 of the Gilroy City Code is amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 22.17 Amount
Every person constructing any dwelling unit in the city
for which a capital outlay recreation fund tax is required
to be paid by section 22.16 shall pay to the city the
following taxes:
One Bedroom Dwelling Unit $55.00
Two Bedroom Dwelling Unit 85.00
Three Bedroom Dwelling Unit 115.00
Four Bedroom Dwelling Unit 145.00
Five Bedroom Dwelling Unit 175.00
SECTION II. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This is a tax ordinance which shall take effect
immediately upon its passage and approval.
