ORDINANCE NO. 1013
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY BY REZONING
LEAVESLEY NO. 2 ANNEXATION 72-7" ON THE NORTH-
WEST CORNER OF LEAVESLEY ROAD AND SAN YSIDRO
AVENUE TO HC DISTRICT AFTER DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT
TO SECTION 49 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the application has heretofore been made by
SAM S. FILICE, ALBERT J. FILICE and O. J. ERENO to the Planning
Commission of the City of Gilroy for the prezoning and placing
in HC District the premises hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing before the
Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of November, 1972,
the Council on said date passed its Resolution No. 1684 granting
Special Zoning Exception pursuant to Section 49 of the Zoning
Ordinance as recommended by the Planning Commission so as to
permit HC (Highway Commercial) development of the following
described premises, and
WHEREAS, said property has been developed in accordance
with the Application and Section 49 of the Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy
is hereby amended by placing in HC District, as the same is des-
cribed and defined in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy
the following described premises:
All that certain real property situate in the City
of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of Cali-
fornia, described as follows:
Northwest corner of Leavesley Road and San Ysidro
Avenue shown as the South 200 foot portion of
Parcel 835-04-32 in the. Santa Clara County Tax
Assessor's Map BOOk.tV/ie"
Section 2: The official map constituting a part of the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy shall be amended to reflect
the foregoing change of classification of the said property.

Section 3: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage and appro-
val.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1974, by the
following vote:

STOUT and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
