AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY REPEALING SECTION 15.38 OF THE GILROY CITY
CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section I: Section 15.38 of the Gilroy City Code prohibiting
right turns onto Monterey Street against stop signals is hereby
repealed.
Section II: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage and
approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of October
