AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION ].5,]]. OF THE
GILROY CITY CODE RELATING TO DESCRIPTION OF FORTY-FIVE (45) MILE-
PER-HOUR SPEED ZONE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROYj COUNTY OF SANTA CLARAj
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 15.11 of the Gilroy City Code is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following language:
(c) Upon Morey Avenue between First Street and the
intersection of said Morey Avenue with the northerly
City Limits of City of Gilroy, speed limit signs shall
be placed near the intersection of Morey Avenue with
First Street and the intersection of Morey Avenue with
Mantelli Drive for northbound traffic and near the
intersection of the northerly city limit with said
Morey Avenue and Morey Avenue with Welburn Avenue for
southbound traffic notifying traffic upon said portion
of said Morey Avenue that the speed limit thereon is
forty-five miles per hour.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Gilroy, County
of Santa Clara, State of California on this 16th day of June, 1975, by the
