AN ORDINANCE OF TI{E CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION
6.11 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE BY ADDING HC DISTRICT
TO FIP~E ZONE NO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section 6.11 of the Gilroy City Code is amended
to read as follows:
Sec. 6.11~ Fire Zone No. 2.
Fire Zone No. 2 shall comprise all of the terri-
tory in the city now zoned either PO, C1, C2 or HC
District; also, all territory in the said city, if
and when, zoned in the future as any of said designated
zoning districts shall automatically from the time of
the zoning or rezoning be in and subject to the regulations
o~ Fire Zone No~ 2.
SECTION II: Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
