AN ORDINANCE OF TItE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION
15.43 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE SO AS TO DESIGNATE
PRINCEVALLE STREET FROM SIXTH STREET TO THE SOUTH
CITY LIMITS, EXCEPT AT ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH EIGHTH
STREET AND TENTH STREET, A THROUGH STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Subparagraph 13 of Section 15.43 of the Gilroy
City Code referring to Princevalle Street is amended to read as
follows:
13.
Princevalle Street, from Sixth Street to the south
city limits, except at its intersections with Eighth
Street and Tenth Street.
SECTION II. Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
