Ordinance 1979-14 ORDINANCE NO~ 79-14
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION 15.43
OF THE GILROY CITY CODE SO AS TO DESIGNATE WELBURN AVENUE
FROM MONTEREY STREET TO MANTELLI DRIVE A THROUGH STREET,
EXCEPT AT ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH CHURCH STREET, WAYLAND
LANE, WREN AVENUE, KERN AVENUE AND MOREY AVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Subparagraph 21 of Section 15.43 of the Gilroy City
Code referring to Welburn Avenue is amended to read as follows:
21.
Welburn AvenUe, from Monterey Street to Mantelli
brive, except at its intersections with Church
Street, Wayland Lane, Wren Avenue, Kern Avenue,
and Morey Avenue.
SECTION II. Ail other ordJ.nances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby re~ealed,
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and !after its adoption and approval.
