AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY oF GILROY AMENDING SECTION 25.5-1
OF THE GILROY CITY CODE PERTAINING TO PARKING AND USE OF
TRAILERS OUTSIDE MOBILE HOME PARKS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 25.5-1 of the Gilroy City Code is amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 25.5-1. Parking ~nd use of trailers outside mobile home
parks.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, place, keep
or maintain or permit to be parked, placed, kept or maintained
any trailer coach or mobile home upon any lot, piece or parcel
of land in the City other than in mobile home parks, except as
provided in the Zoning Ordinance. Occupancy of any trailer
not located in an approvedimobile home park shall be by approval
of the City Council on a temporary basis only.
SECTION II. Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
