AN ORDINANCE OF Tt~ CITY!OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION
12A,130 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE P~LATING TO THE
ISSUANCE OF BONDS. i
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 12A.~30 of the Gilroy City Code is
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 12A.130. Resolutio~ off_intentiOn to~ ~_ . .. issue..._..
When the council shall have determined that bonds shall
be issued to represent the cost and expenses of any
proposed work or improvement or of the possession or
acquisition of any property in any proceeding under this
chapter, it shall so decilare in its resolution of inten-
tion therefor and shall ispecify pursuant to which plan
herein provided such bonids shall be issued, the term or
maximum term of their maiturity following their date and
the rate or,maximum ratel of interest they shall bear,
as determined by the Council.
SECTION II. Ail other oirdinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby ~repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and iafter its adoption and approval.
