Ordinance 1980-13ORDINANCE NO. 80-13
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION
13.40-53 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE PERTAINING TO LICENSE
FEES FOR REAL ESTATE BROKERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 13.40-53 of the Gilroy City Code is
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 13.40-53 - Real Estate Broker, For the business
of selling or de~ling in re~'l estate., for each broker,
$25.00 per year, plus $%0.00 per year for each additional
licensed salesperson in!the business.
SECTION II. All other Ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are herebylrepealed.
SECTION III. This ordimance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after June 30, 1980.
