Z 80-7 has heretofore been made by g Commission of the City of Gilroy es hereinafter described from Ri to %?HEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has given due notice of a public hearing upon the said application, in accordance with the Zoning iOrdinance of the City of Gilroy, has held the hearing, has approved a Negative Declaration under the California Environmental Quality Act, has determined that the re- zoning will not have a significant adverse affect on the environ- ment, and has made its reportlto the Council of the City of Gilroy, in which it recommends that the hereinafter described premises be rezoned from RI (Single Family Residentia~ District to C1 PUD (Neighborhood Co~ercial Planned Unit Development) District; and WHEREAS, the CounciI of the City of Gilroy has fixed the 5th day of May, 1980, at the ~our of 8:00 o'clock p,m., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7390 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, as the time and place for hearing the said report and recommendation upon the said application, and notice of the said hearing has been given in accordance with the said Zoning Ordinance, and a public hearing has now been held upon the said application, at the time and place fixed in the said notice before the Council, and the Council having dulY considered the said application and the evidenc~ presented, has approved the Negative Declaration under the California Environmental Quality Act, and has determined that the ORDINANCE NO. 80-14 -1- said Zoning Ordinance should be amended in accordance with the report of the said Planning C NOW, THEREFORE, T}~ ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The ZOn is hereby amended by removing o~mission. 't~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES £ng Ordinance of the City of Gilroy from Ri District and placing in C1 PUD District, as the same 'are described and defined in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilt,y, the following described premises: Ail that certain real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara State of CalifOrnia, described as follows: The parcel on the south side of First Street between Keltoniand Westwood Drives, identi- fied as Santa Clara County Assessor's Parcel Nos. 808-02-006, 035 and 036. ~ection ~: The official map constituting a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City O~ Gilroy shall be amended to reflect the foregoing changes of classification of the said property. Sect~ion 3: Ail ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
