Ordinance 1980-18 ORDI~[ANCE NO. 80-18
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING
SECTION 21.53 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE SO AS TO
PROVIDE THAT ALL FEES REQUIRED UPON SUBMISSION
OF SUBDIVISION MAPS ISHALL BE ESTABLISHED BY
RESOLUTION OF THE GILROY CITY COUNCIL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section
amended to read as follows:
21.53 of the Gilroy City Code is
Sec. 21. 53.
Fees ~equired upon submission of map;
amounts of fees: ,,,~, ,,',". ...... _ ....
In addition to all Other fees and charges required
by law, upon submitting the final map, plans, or
approved record of Survey map under the provisions
of sections 66451.2~and 66483 of the Subdivision
Map Act, the developer shall pay fees for map check-
ing, hydrant positioning, engineering services and
special public works services related to the pro-
posed development. !The amounts of such fees shall
be fixed from time ~o time by Council resolution,
a copy of which shall be kept on file at the office
of the Director of Mublic Works.
SECTION II. Ail ot~er ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days f=om and after its adoption and approval.
