FOLLOWS:
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTIONS
4 B.2, 4 B.3, and 7 Ail OF ORDINANCE NO. 79-28,
THE RESIDENTIAL DEVEL£~PMENT ORDINANCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF T}]~ CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION I. Sections 4 Bo2, A B.3 and 7 A.1 of the
Residential Development Ordinance Noo 79-28 are amended to read
as follows:

4 B.3. Projects containing ifour (4) or fewer dwelling units,
four (4) or fewer single family residential lots, or
subdivisions of land into four (4) or fewer parcels
are exempt. An applicant who, within any three (3)
year period, groups 'contiguous parcels which would
result in deVelopment of a series of projects having
more than four (4) total parcels shall not be exempt
from the requirementis of this ordinance.
7 A.1. Ail applications for Residential Development Review
shall be submitted to the City of Gtlroy, Department
of Planning from the first day of May through the
first day of July each year° The Department of
Planning shall accept only those applications for
residential development of land within the Gilroy
City limits, the Gil~oy Urban Service Area, or land
immediately contiguous to the Urban Service Area.
SECTION II. Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are herebylrepealed.
$ II. This or inance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
