ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF SAID CIT~ BY REZONING A 4.76 ACRE PARCEL
ON THE EAST SIDE OF Ai'.EXANDER STREET BETWEEN NINTH AND
TENTH STREETS FROM M2 (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT TO
C2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAl",) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS,application Z!80-14 has heretofore been made
by MIKE. J. CONROTTO, to the Planning~ ~ commission of the City of
Gilroy for the rezoning of the premises hereinafter described
from M2 to C2 District; and
WHEREAS, the PlanninglCommission of the City of Gilroy
has given due notice of a public hearing upon the said application,
in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy, has
held the hearing, has approve~ a Negative Declaration under the
California Environmental Quality Act, has determined that the'
rezoning will not have a signJ.ficant adverse 'affect on the environ-
ment, and has made its reportito the Council of the City of Gilroy,
in which it recommends that the hereinafter described premises be
rezoned from M2 (General Indus
